William George Bradley

Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 1976, also admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Bill Bradley is an accredited Personal Injuries specialist, with extensive experience in insurance and risk management. He has acted on behalf of various major insurers in complex personal injuries claims, compulsory third party claims and workers compensation.
He is the Chair of the Personal Injuries Specialist Accreditation Committee in Queensland, and acts for WorkCover Queensland.
Practice areas include advising in general commercial transactions and disputes, including property transactions, business acquisitions and sales, and contract disputes.

A solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 1990 and a partner of the firm since 2004. Robert has practiced exclusively in personal injuries and insurance and is a Personal Injuries Accredited Specialist.
His clients have included self-insurers, compulsory third party insurers, general insurers and WorkCover Queensland. Specialties include Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Claims, insurance fraud, policy interpretation and medico-legal issues.

Julia ALEXANDER

A solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 2006 following completion of a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology.
Julia has completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the College of Law, and is admitted to the High Court of Australia.
Practices predominantly in corporate advisory and general litigation. Julia has also acted for major banks and advised insolvency practitioners in relation to a range of contractual and commercial matters.
